Developer Slum Properties
Update: The developer mowed the lawn. Left all the foot tall cut grass laying around,s o it looks sloppy, but they did cut it. It’s a start.
Should developers like the one that owns this property near the corner of 5 & L be required to keep these properties clean? This developer is sitting on the property waiting to build a shiny new condo building. However, they don’t mow the lawn or collect trash. People walking by have to wonder what may emerge from the weeds and 2 foot high grass.
